See the person
We listen beyond the first “no” and look at the complete investment story.
We are here to give others the chance no one wanted to take on us—and to become somebody’s “yes” after all of the “no.”
Blitz was built for the investor who has heard “no” and still has a deal worth understanding.
We know what it feels like to be judged by risk before anyone sees the work, the vision or the possibility. That is why we take time to understand the person, the property, the numbers and the exit—not just the first obstacle.
A chance is not a promise of approval. It is a commitment to listen, look for the right structure and tell the truth about what it will take to move forward.
“Well done, good and faithful servant!”
Matthew 25:21 • New International Version
We may work in hard-money and private real estate lending, but our purpose is driven by God and our faith. We believe resources are entrusted to us to be handled responsibly, multiplied wisely and used to help people build something that can outlive them.
Also known as the Parable of the Talents, this teaching is about stewardship, faithful action and what we do with what has been placed in our hands.
A master prepared for a journey and entrusted his wealth to three servants according to their abilities. Two put what they received to work and produced more. The third, controlled by fear, buried what had been entrusted to him.
When the master returned, he praised the servants who acted faithfully and held the fearful servant accountable for doing nothing with the opportunity he had been given.
Our lesson: God-given opportunity carries responsibility. Faith does not mean ignoring risk; it means refusing to let fear bury the gift. We study the deal, steward the capital, execute the plan and work toward a responsible result.

We explain the numbers, risks, lender requirements and fees without hiding the hard parts.
We execute with purpose, adapt when conditions change and protect the exit.
It does not replace underwriting, documentation or responsible lending. Every financing request remains subject to lender requirements, verification and final approval.
